Shipping and Return Information
- Orders will ship within 5 - 10 business days.
- Your order will ship using FEDEX ground service, please allow up to 5 days for the delivery of your order.
- At this time, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and international destinations. If you would like us to quote a shipping cost for these destinations, please contact Pulp customer service.
Retail Shipping Charges
- Orders up to $50: $8.95
- Orders $50 - $100: $12.95
- Orders over $100: $16.95
- Orders over $200 receive free shipping
Wholesale Shipping Charges
- FEDEX Ground rates will apply
Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to Pulp for a full refund or exchange, please include your receipt with your order and reason for return. Returns can only be made within 60 days of purchase. Wholesale orders are not returnable unless product is damaged.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
